We don’t think you should have to wait to get your Mercedes-Benz serviced. So if your car needs some attention, all you need to do is arrange an appointment at a time that suits you within the next two days.
You’re busy, so you don't want to be dropping off and picking up your car to and from the Mercedes-Benz Retailer to be serviced or repaired. That’s why we’ll pick your car up – and deliver it back* – totally free of charge.
* Please note subject to a 15 mile radius.
We want to make life as easy as possible, which is why we can arrange a courtesy car for you whilst your car is being worked on within a Mercedes-Benz Retailer. Alternatively, we’ll arrange pick up and collection, or even a local transfer to include your bus or train fare*.

You can be sure that we’ll complete your service book or the Digital Service Book and leave a copy of the Electronic Service Sheet in your car.
We’ll give you detailed verbal or written feedback so you understand exactly what work has been carried out on your Mercedes-Benz.
We realise how important it is that you know exactly what’s being done to your car and when. That’s why we will give you an exact cost for the work clearly broken down into Parts, Labour and Oils. If any additional work is required, or there are delays, we’ll call you before 3pm and of course, we won’t do anything without your authorisation.
And just so your car looks its best, we’ll provide a free wash and vacuum too whilst it's in for a service or repair. Because we all know appearances count.
If you have a concern, and would prefer to bring your car in yourself, you’re very welcome. We’ll give your car an initial diagnosis within the hour. If your Mercedes-Benz only needs a minor repair (up to half an hour), we can perform it while you wait. You can just take a seat and enjoy a cup of tea.
When you bring your car in for a service or repair, we’ll automatically give it a complimentary health check. And if at any time you’d like a bit of added reassurance that everything’s running smoothly, just call your Mercedes-Benz Retailer and arrange your health check whenever you please.
When you bring your Mercedes-Benz in for a service, if any of your conventional exterior bulbs and wiper blades need changing we’ll take care of it. And the best thing? We won’t even charge you for labour.
